For faster factory checking, send each mattress item in the same format. If you are not sure about the structure, describe your target market and expected price level first.

SizeLength x width, with unit. Example: 75 x 54 inches, 190 x 135 cm, queen size, king size, or local market size.
ThicknessExample: 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch, 20 cm, 25 cm, or 30 cm.
QuantityQuantity for each size and model. Example: 75 x 54 x 10 inch / 20 pcs.
PackingRoll-compressed packing in carton, flat packing, neutral packing, private-label carton, or not decided yet.
Room and bed interfaceRoom grade, buyer-supplied frame or base dimensions, finished bed-height target, and dimension tolerance if specified.

Why details matter
Same size does not mean same price.
Two mattresses can have the same size and thickness but very different factory costs. Structure, foam density, spring system, fabric, quilting, edge support, compression, carton, and order mix all affect cost.
StructureFoam, pocket spring, bonnell spring, euro top, pillow top, and memory foam layers require different materials and production.
Comfort levelSoft, medium, firm, hotel comfort, and retail comfort can use different foam and spring combinations.
PackingRoll compression may reduce freight volume, but not every structure is suitable for the same compression method.
Order mixMany small-quantity sizes may change production efficiency, packing plan, and quotation basis.
